By accessing or using PriceIntel ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PriceIntel provides e-commerce competitor intelligence services, including price monitoring, listing change detection, and AI-powered analysis for products on platforms such as Amazon and Shopify.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Some features of PriceIntel require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy (credit card/PayPal) or Helio (cryptocurrency).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PriceIntel. The data and insights generated for your account belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

PriceIntel is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of competitor data or AI analysis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
