Free Trial

PriceIntel offers a 14-day free trial for all new users. No credit card is required to start a trial. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period before subscribing to a paid plan.

Subscription Refunds

Since we offer a generous 14-day free trial, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. However, we understand that circumstances vary, and we handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription due to a technical error
  • You experienced a significant service outage that prevented you from using the platform during your billing period
  • You were double-charged or charged an incorrect amount

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@priceintel.top within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email and the reason for your request.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing period
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it will be permanently deleted

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When downgrading, the new price will take effect at the start of your next billing period.
